The Program for 7000 Housing Units in Benghazi, Libya by the Libyan Engineering Office in 1991. The project was built to meet the demand caused by the rapid growth of the nation’s main sea port. Apartment typology was studied to correspond to the Libyan lifestyle, with private and public spaces clearly separated in the household.
